These terms apply when you use sunfi.re and the SUNFIRE app (the "site"). By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

What SUNFIRE is
SUNFIRE is a website that helps you launch a token and trade tokens on public blockchains (Robinhood Chain and Solana). When you launch, your stake buys on the token's curve and the bag it buys is locked in a vault; creator fees you claim burn part of that bag.
The lock, the claims and the burn run in smart contracts written and deployed by a partner, and on the platforms the tokens trade on (Pons on Robinhood Chain, Pump.fun on Solana). SUNFIRE does not run these blockchains or these platforms.

Who can use it
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Using the site is legal where you live, and you are not on a sanctions list.
- You use the site for yourself, with a wallet you control.
Terms
Your wallet and your funds
SUNFIRE never holds your funds and never has your wallet's keys. Every transaction is prepared by the site and signed by you, in your own wallet. Read what your wallet shows before you sign: a confirmed transaction cannot be undone.
On Solana, the site also creates a one-time key that gives a new token its address. It signs the launch after your wallet, and is deleted once the launch is done.
You are responsible for your wallet, its recovery phrase and every transaction you sign.
Terms
Launches and tokens
- Anyone can launch a token on SUNFIRE. Tokens are not reviewed or approved by SUNFIRE, and a token on the site is not a recommendation.
- A creator is responsible for the name, ticker, image, description and links of their token. Do not launch a token that uses someone else's name, brand or work without their permission.
- SUNFIRE can hide a token, an image or a link from the site. This does not change the token or its contracts on the blockchain.
- When the lock ends, the creator gets back what has not burned. A lock is not a promise about a token's price or future.
Terms
Risks
- Token prices move fast. You can lose everything you put in.
- How much of a bag burns depends on the fees claimed. The burn is not promised to reach any amount.
- Smart contracts and platforms can contain errors. Some contracts can be updated by the party that deployed them.
- Blockchains, wallets, nodes and platforms can be slow, congested or down. A transaction can fail and still cost a network fee.
- Rules about crypto assets change from country to country and over time.
Terms
Fees
Launching and trading involve network fees and the trading fees of each platform. The fees that apply on SUNFIRE are listed in the FAQ.
Terms
No advice
Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Figures on the site are read from the blockchains and can be late or wrong: for a value you rely on, read it from the contracts.
Terms
Availability and changes
The site can be changed, paused or stopped at any time, in full or in part, without notice. Contracts already on the blockchain keep running when the site is down.
These terms can change. The date at the top shows the current version; using the site after a change means you accept it.
Terms
Liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, SUNFIRE and the people behind it are not liable for any loss, including lost funds or tokens, lost profits, or losses caused by smart contracts, platforms, wallets, blockchains or other users.
